Two different things share this address: a website, and a clinic. What protects you is not the same in both, so we describe them separately.
The website. It is built on Webflow and served from outside Switzerland. With your consent, and only with your consent, it uses Google measurement to tell us which pages work; declining in the banner changes nothing about how your enquiry is handled, and we do not build advertising audiences from health interests. The form on the home page asks for a name, an email address and a message. What you send is stored by Webflow and forwarded to the clinic by email, so keep it short: the detail belongs in the encrypted reply that follows, not here.
Your message. Whatever reaches us is read by our healthcare staff in Switzerland. Not a call centre, not an agency, not a marketing team. The reply comes from mcs@hin.ch over HIN, the Swiss encrypted health network, and from that moment the correspondence is medical: covered by Swiss medical secrecy (Art. 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code), which binds the people who read it for life, and held in Switzerland. Nothing you tell us is ever used to advertise to you.
In the clinic. One client at a time, no shared waiting room, no other patient in the building. Everyone who works with you, clinical and non-clinical, is bound by confidentiality without expiry. Your clinical record is created and kept in Switzerland, inside the clinical systems of the Futuremed group, and is separate from anything this website collects.
Your rights. Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD/FADP) you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, ask for it to be erased, and object to its processing. Write to mcs@hin.ch: the request is handled by our healthcare staff, not by an administrator. Correspondence is kept no longer than Swiss healthcare documentation obligations require. Measurement data collected with your consent is retained for a limited period on our Analytics property and is never linked to a clinical record.
