Our medical centre serves the public by day. For Primaluce clients it does something almost unheard of in residential care: it opens after hours, exclusively — night-time imaging, discreet specialist consultations, procedures with not a single other patient in the building. You arrive through a private entrance, met by your own clinical team, and the lights go on for you.
One medical record. One Medical Director. No third parties in your care.
Every luxury programme quietly depends on someone else the moment a scan, a specialist or an urgent test is needed — a drive to a third-party hospital, where privacy, comfort and continuity are handed over. We built Primaluce to remove that moment.
The medical centre is Medical Center Sorengo, minutes from the lake. By day it receives its own patients, like any Swiss medical centre. After hours and on Sundays it opens exclusively, through a private entrance, with not a single other patient in the building. Eighteen physicians. An in-house laboratory across eight disciplines. Cardiology, ECG and Holter, high-resolution ultrasound, radiology. Care in seven languages. Its psychiatry and psychotherapy service is private practice only — scheduled in dedicated hours, with no shared waiting room — and the consulting psychiatrist is Dr. med. Jonas Montagna, FMH specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy. Not every path begins with a residence: an assessment can start there as an ordinary consultation, and after a stay it is where the care returns.
Medical Center Sorengo · PsychiatryThe clinic is where a stay begins. What follows it is the part no one else offers.
