The residence
A private villa or penthouse on Lake Lugano, selected for you and prepared before you arrive: live-in therapist, private chef, housekeeping, security and a personal manager awake whenever you are. You are our only guest.
Care at home
Hospital-grade care arrives where you sleep: private nurses around the clock, continuous vital-sign monitoring linked to a 24/7 operations centre, IV and biochemical restoration, and an acute medical response that reaches you in minutes, day or night.
The private clinic
Minutes away, our own medical centre holds what no residence can: radiology and ultrasound, a complete laboratory including genetics, cardiology, specialist physicians and minor procedures. When discretion demands it, it opens out of hours, for you alone.
One medical record. One accountable Medical Director. No shared facility, no other patients. This is the difference between staying near excellent medicine and living inside it.

Your team is assembled for you and dissolved when you leave. It meets daily, works from a single medical record, and answers to one Medical Director, so nothing is repeated, nothing is missed, and nobody asks you to tell your story twice.
